How the SSH training process works

A PutyGo engagement begins with the work employees need to perform—not a prepackaged claim that one course fits every environment.

A clear five-step process

1. Enquiry

You provide non-sensitive context about the audience, tools, learning goals, and timeline.

2. Fit and scope

We clarify expected outcomes, format, responsibilities, assumptions, and requested deliverables.

3. Content design

Materials are structured around approved workflows and reviewed source information.

4. Delivery

Training or documentation is delivered in the agreed format. Questions are handled within the educational scope.

5. Handoff

You receive agreed materials and ownership guidance for keeping environment-specific details current.

02

What we need from your organization

A designated contact should provide current policy, approved client names, representative non-secret screenshots or configurations, terminology, and review feedback. Never send credentials, private keys, recovery codes, or production secrets.

03

How free guidance and paid work differ

Public PutyGo guides explain reusable SSH and PuTTY concepts at no charge. Commercial work adapts education and documentation to a specific workforce, policy, toolset, and delivery need. Reading the free material does not create a client relationship.

04

Accuracy and change control

SSH clients, server versions, and internal processes change. Environment-specific material should have an owner and review date. We distinguish verified organization details from general recommendations and identify assumptions that need confirmation.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does submitting the form create a contract?

No. It is an enquiry. Scope, terms, and any commercial arrangement must be agreed separately.

Can the materials use our internal screenshots?

Potentially, if they are authorized and scrubbed of secrets and sensitive infrastructure details. Requirements are reviewed during scoping.

Do you provide emergency SSH support?

No. The services described are planned education and documentation, not emergency support or incident response.
